Knowledge and Experience:
Valerija Vrček Habazin has been part of the REGEA team since 2015, where her extensive experience contributes to the successful implementation of energy and climate projects. She began her professional journey at REGEA through a professional training program and now works in the Finance department, focusing on the implementation of projects funded mostly through EU programs such as Horizon, LIFE, Interreg, and others. Additionally, she is engaged in drafting strategic documents that promote the implementation of energy efficiency measures and renewable energy sources.

During her studies, Valerija obtained an IPMA certificate, confirming her expertise in project management. Through active collaboration with partners at both national and international levels, she participates in the development and implementation of projects that bring lasting benefits to local communities and the wider society. Since 2024, she has held the Energy Scout certificate, further demonstrating her dedication to professional development, innovative solutions in the energy sector, and her commitment to lifelong learning and continuous improvement.

Valerija is an organized and communicative individual who enjoys working in a team. She believes that synergy among team members is the key to success, as diverse perspectives and ideas lead to creative solutions and higher-quality project implementation. Through her work, she actively contributes to building a more sustainable and equitable society, focusing on concrete actions that deliver positive impacts on both the community and the environment.

When she is not focused on projects, Valerija enjoys spending time with her family, organic gardening, creating (and eating) healthy meals, planning trips, and discovering new destinations.
