Prva potpredsjednica Committee of the Regions, gđa Mercedes Bresso podržala ulazak Hrvatske u EU i pohvalila Agenciju

Na ovotjednoj konferenciji pod naslovom EU regions meet Croatia in the EU – Sustainable Energy Challenge for all koju je uspješno organizirala naša Agencija jedno od najistaknutijih izlaganja održala je upravo gđa Mercedes Bresso, prva potpredsjednica Odbora regija. Iz izlaganja gđe Bresso izdvajamo:

Both as an environmental economist, and as a politician I know, that the most efficient energy is the one we do not use. That is why energy efficiency is a key challenge in reaching a sustainable energy future.

I am convinced that Croatia, by becoming an EU member, will be able to draw on cooperation and a wide range of experiences not least at local and regional level within the EU, both in the public and private sector, to fully develop its specific potential. In the Committee of the Regions, we are looking forward to welcoming our new partners!
